Paul has worked in leadership development for over 20 years. His particular interest is personal and executive presence – enabling leaders to present themselves and influence with greater impact. Paul’s background is in theatre and he brings a range of techniques to bear, enabling coachees to be themselves… but with more skill.

 

Paul’s business development coaching practice is focused in the area of engineering and consultancy services – enabling people who may not see themselves as ‘natural salespeople’ to develop their client relationship skills.
